Hello. I’m Gitanjali Hemp.
I’m the founder of Syntara System. I have been teaching energy awareness programs and classes for over 25 years and developed Syntara System over the past 20. I have spent the last 15 years training hundreds of practitioners and facilitators in the modality with astounding results.
I have seen the impact this work has on people and in their lives. I am continuously in awe of what becomes possible when people claim their gifts, embody their knowing and impact the world in deep, meaningful and inspired ways through implementing the tools they have learned through this work.
What is Syntara System?
Syntara System is a healing modality and energy model that provides structures and outlines, practices, tools and techniques that enrich and develop your intuition, knowing, presence and energetic capacity.
The magic of the system is that it does this in a way that is free from ideology, fixed protocols and doctrine. It provides direct connection to the spirit realms while allowing you the freedom to create your own meaning and context without an overlay of someone else’s culture or religion.
Syntara is an open system that allows you to come into direct relationship with the fields of energy that underlie and give rise to all things. It then helps you to embody, integrate and create from that new awareness. Empowering you to create and impact your life and world in phenomenal ways.
Syntara System awakens you to the fullness of who and what you are and gives you the means to embody and express from that place.
Syntara System is a living system and is passed on through direct transmission. Each individual’s interests, talents and essence informs the direction of the group and the living teachings that are transmitted. The students pull the teachings from the teachers, in a dynamic, symbiotic relationship of universal growth and evolution. The more diverse the group, the richer the learning field for everyone.
As a group we are generating an integral field of coherence. Like a rich natural ecosystem, like a forest or tide pool. There is greater health when each individual is allowed to be themselves. A redwood is a redwood, a fern… a fern. Supporting, stabilizing, contextualizing, nourishing and inspiring each other.
For this reason, the program size is limited with a high student/facilitator ratio and lots of individual support.

These immersive retreats are a dynamic blend of teachings, transmissions, direct experience, practices, reflection and integration. Each retreat is 2 days long, 10am - 5pm Pacific each day. Retreats are co-facilitated by Gitanjali Hemp and Ruthie Yarme. There may be additional Guest Teachers on occasion.

Gitanjali Hemp
Gitanjali is a master energy healer, mystic, writer, mother, entrepreneur and the founder of Syntara System, a deeply integrative, evolutionary energy healing and awareness modality. In her work with people, she brings together over 23 years of study and training with healers and masters from some of the world’s richest traditions and most cutting edge healing models. She has spent 21 years in active practice, both as a practitioner, and teacher: facilitating retreats, workshops, professional trainings, virtual courses, ceremonies, women’s groups and working as a consultant for system level change across industries. It is her joy to help bring forth the world we know is possible.
Ruthie Yarme
Ruthie is a Syntara System master practitioner and teacher who brings significant experience tending to individuals and families moving through life’s great transitions. She teaches in all introductory and intermediate levels of training, as well as provides mentorship for students. For the past 8 years as a practitioner, and 5 years as a teacher, she’s supported clients to experience a deeper connection to themselves, to others and to the greater world. She brings to her work a sense of awe for the different ways that people show up through these experiences; and an unshakeable knowing that each of these ways is necessary to the evolution of our world. Helping others find and know their own path is what sustains and inspires her.
