Through breath, sound, movement, creative exploration, and relational reflection you will be guided into direct somatic experiences of non dual states. Each week will be a deep dive into one energy center and all that it governs, including the energetics of the subtle body, the deep psyche and soma. This is an experiential, practice and process based class.
